There's lots of stuff I just flat out refuse to eat...like Tuna, believe it or not. My other problem? Like you, I have a bad habit of grabbing fast food when I don't feel like cooking. Instead, I run on average about 15-25 miles a week, but can't seem to drop these last 10 lbs or the belly pooch.
