Online shopping the easy way

I don' t know about you, but I do a lot of shopping online. It is easier and faster then grabbing everyone up and going to the store, risking over spending and catching germs. Sometimes, not knowing where to find what I'm looking for can be hard. I know the search engines can help you, but they aren't really filtered very much.

When I found out about ShopWiki.com, I thrilled to find a place that includes Buyers Guides that help you pick exactly what you want. Upon reading how their site works, I found out that they don't sell any products and they don't charge retailers to list-so you know that you are getting a more revelent search.

For example, If you were looking for a toddler outfit, you can do a search on Toddler Clothing. This will bring up the buyers guide on toddler clothing, allowing you to search by size, price, colors, and basically whatever you are looking for. You could also do a search on toys and games and get the buying guide for Childrens Toys and Games and choose what style of toys, like classic, creative, outdoor, etc.

My favorite is the Children's Books guide. It's split up to different specifics, making it easier to find what type of book you are looking for. They even have a best sellers list for those looking to stay in the trend.

They don't just have childrens items, they have a buyers guide for EVERYTHING. Just visit their site and I bet you'll find the certain something you've been looking for.

Christmas in October-Fisher Price is awesome!

I just couldn't wait until Saturday to share with you two awesome products!

I always feel like it is Christmas whenever we get to review something. I love seeing the UPS guy stop at our door and bring some goodies up to our door.

Today, Fisher Price wanted us to review two really cool products.

Go Baby Go!™ Stride-to-Ride® Lion ($39)
Laugh & Learn™ Learning Farm ($79)
Sorry, I didn't get a chance to take a photo with Zach-will post some later!
Zach just loves these toys. At 12 months old, he loves to use everything to help him walk. The Stride to Ride Lion helps him accomplish this task. He pushes it all over the house. You can also ride on it too and he likes to have his mom push him on it and cries when we have to go some where and he can't take it with him. It plays music when you press it's nose, however it's also pretty easy to turn that feature off for quieter play.
Now on to the Laugh and Learn Play Farm.
What a neat toy for little kids! Going along with learning to walk, Zach is standing up all the time. This learning toy is huge, so he can stand up and play with it or sit down. It has lots of sounds and buttons and kids love to crawl through things, so this has been a hit. He crawls through the barn doors over and over.
Fisher Price is offering a great deal to all my readers! By registering here you’ll have an opportunity to download and print an in-store coupon that entitles you to $20 off a $100 purchase of Fisher-Price Laugh & Learn™ and/or Go Baby Go!™ Infant Toys.
Is that awesome or what?
So, head on over to Fisher Price and get a head start on your Christmas shopping!

Saturday Shopping- Eco Store

I don't know if you are one that has jumped on the "Green" or Eco-Friendly bandwagon yet, but I'm trying. I've been stocking up on those reusable shopping bags and I recycle. I didn't think about my household products not being environmentally friendly until I started noticing other blogs writing about the Eco Store Every time I saw a review, I became more curious. So, I decided to contact this company and find out about their products.
I read about how Eco Store makes plant and mineral based, Household Cleaning, Baby and Personal Care Products that contain No Nasty Chemicals. Eco Store offers Baby Care products, Bath & Body products, Hair, Household, & even Pet Care products. They sounded like a great company and I wanted to try some products! So, I asked if I could review some products too and let my readers know about them. They said, "Sure!" Well, actually sent an email and I received the Manuka Honey and Kelp soap and the Hypoallergenic Shampoo for pets.
When I opened the soap, I was all like "OOHH" over the smell. It works great too and I even love the look of the soap-very hip and modern looking. The pet shampoo was even better. If you are an avid reader, then you know I've had problems keeping the dogs from smelling. This shampoo didn't have a strong scent but it did make them very fluffy and it was gentle on Bella's skin which is a little sore from her little flea problem.
So, get on board with going green and try these awesome products!

Saturday Shopping-No Throw

Ever since my grandbaby was able to hold a bottle or toy, he discovered early on the game of throw-the-object-overboard-and-wait-for-some-dummy-to-give-it-right-back-to-you. If you have a baby, then you know just what I'm talking about.
I recently came across a solution to this "problem" and even though it's not as fun for baby, it's great for big people's backs.
It's the No Throw. The No Throw was invented by twin sisters when they were faced with the same challenge, toddlers who love to throw their sippy cups. It is a Velcro tether strap that attaches the bottle/sippy cup to the stroller, highchair, carseat, wherever your child is seating. The No Throw is perfect for any bottle size; the Velcro ensures a tight fit every time.

They have totally cute designs and are perfect for boys or girls. We were sent the green with zoo animals-Zach loves the zoo, so this was perfect!

Now, the fun part-they want to giveaway one to one of my readers!

Here are the rules:

Go visit them and come back and tell me which one you absolutely love and need to have.

Make sure you have a way for me to contact you and keep checking back to see if you won.

If you want extra entries, you can always follow me, subscribe, and/or twitter about it. (separate comments for each)

Contest ends a week from today: July 25th.

Happy 4th and Saturday Shopping

Have to start out by saying, Happy 4th, everybody!

Now, on to Saturday Shopping!

This week's product is another parenting book, Sixty Second Parent, The Triumphant Child.

I think I've found THE manual for first time parents. This book comes from the website, Sixty Second Parent. This book is a guide to raising 2-4 year olds and they cover every topic that deals with these ages. If you have a child(ren) between these ages or one on the way, you need to get this book and have it handy because you will want to refer to it on a daily basis. The first section of The Triumphant Child has different sections for each age group and breaks that down to the different parenting tips, social development and uses real parent-child stories. The other parts of the book break down to Parenting, Routines, Challenges, Changes-divorce, moving, etc., Fears and even Media suggestions.

A very important book to have for any parent and you definitely need to visit their website, which has a mountain of information, recommended toys and books to raise a "Triumphant" child!

Saturday Shopping-The Momnificent Life

Being a mom and owner of several businesses, I can clearly label myself as busy. Alot of times, I find myself searching for a better way to balance everything so that everyone is happy and everything gets done right. The pressures bring guilt, exhaustion, confusion and even anger. I know I'm doing the best that I can, but I still feel that there has to be a better way to balance life.

After reading The Momnificent! Life, by coach, speaker and author Lori Radun, I now can find that happy medium. The Momnificent! Life shows you a way of balance that involves your inner and outer lives to help you be the best you can be. This book is all about self-discovery and it covers eight aspects of your inner life:

-Personal Development

-Spirituality

-Fun and Enjoyment

-Relationships

-Health and Aging

-Personal Finance

-Career and Profession

-Home and Family

Lori has fantastic advice for all moms attempting to do it all! At the end of each segment, readers are invited to do assignments that help exercise what was learned I suggest that you do these assignments shortly after reading the segment so it is fresh in your mind. This is not just another self help book in my opinion, but a manual of how to keep your life in mental order. I recommend this to any mom that needs help with balancing her life!

Lori has a main website, Momnificent! and a personal blog, The Momnificent Blog. Visit her today and get your life in order!

Saturday Shopping -Name Bubbles

Saturday Shopping

Today's shopping experience comes from Name Bubbles.

Have you ever wished that you were able to put your child's name on supplies that go to the daycare? Or how about school? Maybe they wouldn't of lost their hat or the daycare provider wouldn't of mixed up your baby's bottles with another baby's.

Well, now you don't have to worry! Name Bubbles is located in New York and they have totally cute name tag labels that stick on anything and are washable and even dishwasher safe! They have awesome kid labels to use on clothes, sports equipment, toys or really just about anything that you need to label.

I love the Daycare Labels Pack that includes all the baby labels you need to send with them to daycare. Sending your child off to camp this summer? With the Camp labels pack, they can put stickers on all their gear. Swimwear, boots, water bottles and more will all be covered with their information so they won't end up bringing someone else's gear home.

They even have labels for baby showers or birthday favor labels! Visit them today and order a pack to end your worry of loosing your child's stuff!

Sunday Shopping -Leslie Patricelli books

I was asked to review two books by Leslie Patricelli, Higher! Higher! and Baby Happy Baby Sad. These were such cute books and a great teaching tool if you are trying to get your toddler ready to read which we are.
My daughter was catching on to the words in the book even before we were done reading it (Higher! Higher!) for the first time. Funny with great graphics, this book lives up to the author's reputation of creating awesome board books. This book is for ages 2-5 and would make a great addition to any child's library of books.

Baby Happy Baby Sad is a very cute book and even though it's for ages 1-3, my 4 year old enjoyed it too. A great book for very young one's too with graphics to keep them entertained and with the use of only those two phrases, it might even help them to read early in age.
You can find these books here: http://www.lesliepatricelli.com/. Her site is very cute and fun too.
So, if you are on the prowl for an awesome read for your little one, you need to go get you one!

Sunday Shopping-Reviewing Mama

This weekend's shopping post is about Zappos. Walking weather is here for some of you and I don't know about you, but I can never find the right shoe. Either they are too tight or hurt your feet after using them for a couple of days. I came across Zappos online shopping and found some great walking shoes that I totally want, starting with these:

All of their choices of walking shoes are wonderful and you'll have a hard time picking just one pair. They have many colors and styles to choose from and for the whole family.
The ease of the website is a plus too, with specials going on all the time and you won't have to worry about them being out of stock of your favorite brand. Right now there even free shipping going on, so you can shop from the comfort of your home and not have to pay extra for doing so.
So, as the weather is starting to get warmer, get your walking gear together by starting with feet and order a pair of walking shoes from Zappos!
